Additional Services

  • All personal training packages consist of sessions only. Nutrition Coaching is a one-time fee of $250. Can be booked through booking site.

  • Clients are free for all bootcamps. Just make sure to RSVP when the fliers are posted! Plus ones must pay full admission to join.

  • 2 people per session. Depending on frequency, sessions start at $50/each person per session. Must be booked with me directly.

  • 3-4 people per session. Bring your bestie, your siblings, or your coworkers! These sessions starts at $40/person.

  • Add Mat Pilates sessions to your program for an extra $50/month. These sessions focus on quality over quantity, I teach you how to control and move your own body weight through classical contrology principles.
